Blue Game

Murat Pak's "merge." game has an interesting twist:

Out of 29,000 collectors, 50 were randomly gifted with a "blue mass." Several of these were "single unit" pieces, and the only way to retain their colorful quality was by merging with other single units until they become larger and able to swallow up smaller pieces (or to merge with another larger blue mass).
The tricky part is, if a random (or not-so-random) stranger were to "gift" one of these holders with a larger "white mass" (the standard in this "game"), their blue rarity would be lost forever.
As Pak has said, "it is a game of extinction."
